How to play
Everyone gets 7 cards (5 each with three or more players). On your turn, play a card that matches the suit or the number of the card on top of the pile. Put a 7 on a 7, or a heart on a heart.
8s are wild: play one on anything and pick the suit the next player has to follow. If nothing fits, or you'd rather keep your cards, draw one from the pile. You can play straight after drawing, or pass.
First to get rid of all their cards wins, and scores the cards left in everyone else's hands: 50 for an 8, 10 for a picture card, 1 for an ace, the number for the rest.
About Crazy Eights
Crazy Eights is the classic card game that games like UNO grew out of. Match the suit or the number of the top card, play an 8 to change the suit to whatever you want, and be the first to get rid of all your cards. Play against one, two or three computer players, or deal in up to six friends in a room. The game deals and keeps every hand private, so nobody can see your cards.
Tips
Save your 8s for when you're stuck, or for the winning play.
When you play an 8, pick the suit you hold the most of.
Watch for someone with one card left and change the suit away from what they've been playing.
